Pacha Group has acquired a majority stake in the renowned nightlife brand Toy Room as part of its expansion plans, the company said in a press release yesterday. Toy Room, which opened in 2014 in London’s Mayfair, “has established itself as one of the West End’s most exclusive nightspots. And, since almost the very beginning, the brand has expanded globally in London, Dubai, Mykonos, Athens, Rome, Delhi and Sao Paulo”, the press release highlights, also recalling its residency at Lío Ibiza with the Toy Room’s Playground party. “Toy Room is a premium nightlife brand and while it is a different proposition to Pacha, there are clear synergies and both brands have a strong identity,” said Nick McCabe, CEO of Pacha Group, who also stressed that this strategic partnership will allow them to “explore new markets and audiences, as well as support Toy Room as it continues to grow globally. After a challenging year for nightlife, we are excited to see where this takes us,” he concluded.
