The Three Kings from the East are set to grace the island of Formentera this coming Friday, January 5, continuing their cherished annual tradition. Their journey begins at the port of La Savina around 5 pm, culminating at La Mola by approximately 9 pm. Upon departing La Savina, the Kings will proceed to Sant Francesc. Around 6 pm, they will make their grand entrance at Plaza de la Constitución. Here, the island’s dignitaries will extend a warm welcome, share a few words, and join the Kings in a visit to the church for a homage to the infant Jesus. The evening will be illuminated by a spectacular fireworks display. The procession then moves to Sant Ferran at 7:30 pm, where the Kings will continue their tradition of venerating the baby Jesus at the church. The royal entourage’s final destination is La Mola, around 9 pm, where they will present their gifts to the baby Jesus in the church. Each stop – La Savina, Sant Francesc, and Sant Ferran – will be enlivened with the melodies of Sound de Secà. In La Mola, guests will be treated to a captivating performance orchestrated by Anakrònica. For the full article, please visit Diario de Ibiza website here.
