The incident occurred early Sunday at a hotel after meeting in a nightclub where the girl consumed alcohol. The man had paid for the girl’s friends’ cab fare to stay with her. The girl’s parents found her at the hotel and alerted the police, leading to his arrest. Authorities are investigating whether the club will face legal action for allowing a minor to enter and drink.
