Health has announced three days of open doors for vaccination against covid without an appointment in the Pitiüses, from today until Sunday. The new schedule means that from today onwards, people will also be able to go to the Recinto Ferial in the morning without an appointment. Specifically, users will be able to go between 10am and 7pm. At the vaccination point of the Hospital de Formentera the schedule will be different: Friday, from 4pm to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 2pm. The health ministry said in a statement yesterday that the initiative is aimed at residents of the Balearic Islands and people travelling for work and family reasons, with the goal of allowing all citizens who have not yet been vaccinated to go to the vaccination points on each island without an appointment. The ministry has already established, as of Wednesday, the opening of vaccination without appointment in the Pitiüses, but until now this option was only available in the afternoon, except in the case of the health centres of Sant Antoni and Santa Eulària.
