The Balearic Ministry of Health yesterday encouraged people in the 30-34 age group to get vaccinated in order to continue advancing the immunisation process. The vaccination of people in this age group got underway on Wednesday in Ibiza and Formentera as well as on the island of Menorca, while Mallorca has not yet begun vaccinating the 30-34 age group. In the Pitiusas, there are 12,805 people in this age group who are due to be vaccinated. The Ministry of Health announced on Thursday the availability of 1,082 slots for this age group for Thursday and Friday, after which he appealed to these people to participate in the vaccination campaign.
