As a new feature this year, Filin is offering a carefully curated programme of activities to suit every moment of the day, promising an unforgettable experience that combines wellness and entertainment all in an exclusive setting.
Filin’s Summer Events begin with a Filin Mindful Breakfast. You can savour this special breakfast any day of the week; it includes toast with tomato and avocado, orange juice and coffee, in a wonderful setting, perfect for sharing with friends or family and starting the day in a relaxed mode.
At sunset, and as a warmup for the evening ahead, you can take part in the Cocktail Workshop that takes place every Tuesday in summer where a different cocktail is created by a mixologist who shares his best-kept secrets and recipes for making the perfect summer drink to share with friends. Another alternative is the popular Taste & Sound featuring Cuban sounds every Thursday, accompanied by the suggestions that Filin offers on its varied menu.
And for those who like to get up later on Sundays, the Charity Brunch & Piano Bar is the perfect way to round off the week. There are two menu choices – sushi or roast beef – both paired with a cocktail, dessert and coffee for just €25 a head. The brunch is accompanied with a chilled-out jazz piano performance, offering the perfect way to start Sunday with a difference. In addition, a donation of one euro per person attending the brunch will be made to the Ibiza and Formentera Against Cancer Association (IFCC). This donation also applies to guests opting for the à la carte brunch, as long as the bill is more than €25.
