Ibiza’s gastronomic scene has once again raised its standards this summer with the arrival of the first Hell’s Kitchen in Europe. The renowned chef Gordon Ramsay brings his cuisine to the White Isle at the unmistakable The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, where he presents both his most emblematic dishes and new creations designed exclusively for Ibiza. An essential stop for visitors as well as residents of the island.
Located in the very heart of Playa d’en Bossa, Ramsay’s restaurant in Ibiza promises to be an unforgettable dining and entertainment experience within the new The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, launched as an innovative, disruptive and experiential luxury concept.
Every evening, Hell’s Kitchen Ibiza combines the vibrant energy of the island with the fiery spirit of the distinctive cuisine of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. On its menu (consult it here), diners can discover iconic dishes from this establishment, innovative creations and Ramsay’s timeless classics. A spectacle for the senses, making its debut for the first time outside the United States.
Gordon Ramsay icons and dishes designed for Ibiza
Croquettes, raw Hamachi and pan-seared scallops are some of the reinvented classics that are presented at Hell’s Kitchen. In addition, guests can immerse themselves in an exclusive experience with around ten new proposals inspired by Ibiza: dishes prepared with local ingredients and bold flavours such as hell fire red prawns, Basque-style cheesecake and grilled sea bass.
Of course, this restaurant would not be complete without Ramsay’s signature dishes, such as the emblematic Beef Wellington to share and the ever-popular Sticky Toffee Pudding. A perfect opportunity to try them within the atmosphere of The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, a true emblem of gastronomy and leisure on the island of the moment.
Starting an exciting evening in Ibiza in style
If Hell’s Kitchen Ibiza is the perfect place to enjoy dinner in Ibiza with friends before a night out, then its bar is the ideal destination to have a drink, extend the evening or begin an exciting night in style.
The most iconic cocktails from other Hell’s Kitchen venues around the world are already being served in Ibiza, including the vibrant and tempting Eighteen Stars, prepared with tequila. Exclusively on the island, customers can taste three new cocktails that bring a bold local twist to the menu. Among them stand out ‘The Unexpected Sour’ and the ‘Thyme Traveller’, a herbal cocktail prepared with Hierbas Ibicencas, the island’s most sought-after traditional liqueur.
Vibrant and with an unmistakable style, the bar captures the essence of both Hell’s Kitchen and Ibiza in an elevated cocktail experience: the perfect bridge between dinner and the dancefloor.
A business partnership that transcends borders
“I am very excited to bring Hell’s Kitchen to the electrifying island of Ibiza this summer! This place has it all: explosive energy, legendary nightlife and a first-class gastronomic scene. Ibiza is the ideal stage for the bold, high-voltage experience that is Hell’s Kitchen”, says the famous chef and television presenter.
“We are going to raise the temperature as never before, with spectacular dishes, incredible cocktails, world-class entertainment and that unmistakable Hell’s Kitchen fire”, adds the British chef. “Whether you are a local or arriving from the other side of the world, prepare yourself for something unforgettable”.
