This award comes in addition to the other diplomas already held by Juan Tur as an Artisan of Jams, Condiments and Sauces at Ibiza Delicatessen. Recognitions of which they are «immensely proud».
«When people ask us why we insist on being artisans, the answer is quite simple: because respecting traditional recipes and maceration times, without resorting to additives or industrial processes, requires more effort, but it brings us unmeasurable satisfaction”, says a spokesperson for these companies, which were born out of the passion for an island that boasts a great gastronomic culture. The liqueurs, sauces, salts and artisan products they create are a true treasure for the palate.

Right from the start they were clear that they didn’t want to become an industry. «That decision, which seemed very risky at the time, today confirms that we took the right path. Increasingly more customers are respecting this way of working, which is natural, authentic, using plants, crops and fruit from our own farm».
