On the menu diners can some now iconic dishes, such as the ROTO veal Milanese; the grilled beef ribeye; the MEATica burger, or La Conchi, along with more sophisticated creations like the red tuna tartare with caviar and yellow ají cream, lobster with fried eggs and potatoes (Formentera style) and the cod with coconut and red curry pil-pil, or the lobster salad with mango vinaigrette.
There are also some lighter, fresher dishes like the Stracciatella salad with Ibizan tomatoes, Sushi, or the aubergine Milanese with Shakshuka, perfect for those preferring vegetarian options that don’t compromise on taste.
And for the more daring palates, the Sea Urchin risotto with rocket offers guests a true taste of the depths of the sea.
