Teranka Garden, located in the heart of the hotel, is an outdoor space with long wooden tables under the shade of the trees, where each dinner becomes a special evening. The menu is inspired by the three elements of the island: the sea, the land and the sky. There is live music from Wednesday to Sunday ranging from Cuban and folk to sessions that evoke the atmosphere of the legendary Studio 54 nightclub.
Some menu highlights include the Formentera red prawns, chargrilled Picanha steak, Razor clam ceviche, Garden salad and the home-made dulce de leche tart. Other triumphs are the Marucha Wagyu steak, Formentera lobster, chargrilled calamari and the Tuna sashimi.

The dining experience continues of the Teranka Rooftop, one of the most sought-after places to watch the incredible sunsets. Overlooking the Mediterranean, this space offers a menu of raw bites, signature tapas and artisan cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by the music of DJ Roberto Navarro from Thursday to Sunday between 7 PM and 11 PM.
Beef tartare, Sobrasada ‘bomb’, Red prawns, Crab & bottarga and Okra tempura are just a few of the delightful small bites on the menu. Some of the classics this year include Iberian ham, Tuna sashimi and Hamachi tartare.
The cocktail list is as original as it is delicious, with drinks like Terankini, Formentera Sea or Pisco Sour, as well as all-time favourites like Margarita, Mojito and Aperol Spritz.
