Tacosanto: Vibra Hotels offers Mexican street food with a gourmet soul
Just a few steps away, also in Playa d’en Bossa, Tacosanto surprises guests with its vibrant food that celebrates the real essence of popular Mexican cuisine through its fresh menu, which is loaded with variety and flavour. This season, the restaurant is renewing its offer with a selection of gourmet tacos that combine tradition and creativity.
Some menu highlights include the duck confit taco with foie gras and hoisin sauce, the prawn Gobernador with melted cheese and chilli, or the Campechano, a delicious combination of steak, chorizo and pancetta with crispy chicharrón. Lovers of the classics can find the most perfectly executed versions of the cochinita pibil, the pastor and la tinga de pollo.
