Ca n’Alfredo is the restaurant you must visit if you want to experience authentic traditional Ibizan cuisine. Located in the heart of Ibiza town, on the Paseo Vara de Rey, it boasts a charming dining room and a delightful terrace. The menu features rice dishes, fish, the popular bullit de peix, sofrit pagès, peix al forn, and other typical island recipes. This restaurant has been operating in the same location since 1941, under the management of the Riera family.
The establishment first opened in 1934. Two years later, a Jewish-German family who had fled Nazi Germany and settled on the island took over the restaurant and named it after the eldest brother of the family, Alfred. In 1941, the Riera family acquired the business.
Ca n’Alfredo Restaurant, a traditional family-run restaurant, has three clear objectives: to provide excellent service to its customers, to specialise in Ibizan and Mediterranean cuisine, and to always work with the finest local ingredients.
