UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle and IMI Group, the founders of the legendary O Beach Ibiza, have announced the creation of UMusic Beach Clubs & Lifestyle. This new alliance aims to accelerate the brand’s international expansion, developing an innovative five-star beach club concept where music is the core of the guest experience.

A New Era for ‘Daylife’ and Music-Driven Hospitality
After more than a decade leading the Ibiza daylife culture and following its successful footprint in Dubai, O Beach is entering a selective growth phase. The new platform will integrate existing venues in both cities into its initial portfolio, preserving the essence that has made them benchmarks for luxury lifestyle and travel.
The joint venture will focus on replicating the O Beach success formula while elevating the offering to a five-star category. According to both companies, the first new international location is currently in the negotiation phase.
Strategic Destinations: Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East
The expansion plan seeks to connect with global audiences in key markets. Robert Lavia, CEO of UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle, highlighted the project’s vision:
“We aim to create spaces where music is not just an add-on but the heart of the hospitality experience, integrating culture, entertainment, and travel in top-tier international destinations.”
Maxi Johal, Chairman of IMI Group, emphasized the importance of brand identity: “This partnership allows us to translate the unique O Beach concept to new markets, ensuring operational consistency and the exclusivity that defines us.”
