The El Carmen restaurant Cala d’Hort is undoubtedly one of the most enchanting spots to savour traditional Ibizan cuisine. Specialities include paellas, black rice, fideuás, fresh fish, lobster, lobster stew, and bullit de peix, all of which perfectly complement the breathtaking scenery visible from your table. Additionally, their homemade desserts are a true delight, featuring local Ibizan favourites such as flaó and greixonera.
The terrace is perfect for enjoying a meal, having a light snack, dining, or sipping a refreshing drink at sunset while taking in the stunning views of the Es Vedrà islet.
Opening hours vary by season: in June, July, and August, it is open daily from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM; in April and October, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The restaurant is closed for holidays from the third Sunday in October until mid-March.
