The genesis of Las Dalias

Founded by carpenter Joan Marí, Las Dalias originally served as a simple roadside bar with an accompanying dance hall. In its formative years, it became a convivial gathering place for both locals and visitors, providing a welcoming space where music and dancing converged. Over the years, it evolved into a cultural hub, hosting a diverse range of events from concerts to craft markets.

During the 1960s, amidst the hippy era, Las Dalias became a sanctuary for artisans and musicians, gradually transforming into the renowned flea market it is today.

Presently, it boasts over 300 stalls offering a diverse array of products, from fashion and jewellery to a variety of local goods. The variety of offerings epitomises the blend of cultures and creativity that defines Las Dalias.

A summer of musical extravaganza

This summer, Las Dalias underscores its dedication to live music with a series of free concerts running from July to September. Notable performers include Andrés Coll with his project Café Dakar, Howard Glissford, Neorama, Shakatribe, and the band Wealthy Hippies Clan, led by Norberto Rodríguez & Iggy Torres.
